NGO Co-financing and decentralised Co-operation

The "NGO Co-financing" unit - EUROPEAID / F2 - is in charge of the management of two budget lines:

1. The budget line 21 02 03 (ex B7-6000) is covering two types of financing:
(i) The actions of development in favour of developing countries (PVD). The financing is accessible only to NGOs from E.U. member states.
(ii) The actions to raise European public awareness of development issues (ED).

2. The budget line 21 02 13 (ex-B7-6002) is covering the decentralised Co-operation :
(i) The actions of strengthening the civil society of the South (CDC).
(ii) The financing is accessible to the "Non State Actors (NSA)" from the South, as well as the NSA from the North.
